Transparent Pricing

Simple, flat-rate fees.
No surprises.

Our fee covers a dedicated, scheduled block of time — for you, your family member, your client, or your signing party — to go through the documents, ask any last questions, sign, and get everything properly notarized in one session. Minnesota law sets the notary fee at a maximum of $5.00, which is charged separately.

In-Office

You Come to Us

$100
Appointment fee  +  $5.00 MN statutory notary fee
  • Meet at our Minneapolis–St. Paul area office
  • Dedicated session: document review, execution & notarization
  • Covers up to 1 hour 15 minutes
  • All document types accepted

Extended appointment rate: If your session runs past 1.5 hours, additional time is billed at $20 per 30-minute block. We'll give you a heads-up in advance if your documents are likely to require extended time.

Payment is due prior to signing.

We do not make house calls.  Off-site appointments are available at client offices and mutually agreed neutral locations only — not private residences.
We are not a walk-up or single-signature notary service.  Our appointments are structured sessions for parties who need dedicated time to review, execute, and notarize documents together. If you only need a pre-signed document stamped, your local bank branch or city hall can typically assist you at no charge.

Questions Answered

Common Questions About Our Notary Services

What is notarization, and why do I need it?
Notarization is the process of having a licensed notary public verify your identity and witness you signing an important document. It adds a layer of legal authentication — confirming that the person who signed is who they say they are, and that they signed willingly. Many legal documents require notarization before they're valid: powers of attorney, wills, real estate deeds, affidavits, and more. If a document says "must be notarized" or "sign before a notary," that's what we do.
Do you travel to clients?
Yes — we meet at your office or a mutually agreed neutral location throughout the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area. We do not make house calls or travel to private residences. If you prefer, you're also welcome to come to our office at the lower in-office rate.
How much does notary service cost?
Our appointment fee covers a dedicated time block for your party to review, execute, and notarize documents. In-office (you come to us): $100 appointment fee + $5.00 statutory notary fee. Off-site (we come to your office or a neutral location): $150 appointment fee + $5.00 statutory notary fee, covering up to 1 hour 15 minutes including travel. Sessions that run past 1.5 hours are billed at $20 per additional 30-minute block. Payment is due prior to signing.
I just need one document stamped quickly — can you help?
We are not currently accepting single-signature or walk-up notarizations. Our service is designed for structured signing sessions where parties need dedicated time to review, execute, and notarize documents together — typically in a legal or business context. If you only need a document you've already reviewed and signed notarized, your local bank branch or city hall can usually assist you quickly and at little or no cost.
What ID is acceptable?
We accept any current, government-issued photo ID: driver's license, passport, state ID, tribal ID, military ID, or similar. The ID must be valid and match the name on the document you're having notarized.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We typically accommodate appointments within 24-48 hours. For rush appointments, please contact us directly to discuss availability. Same-day appointments may be possible depending on schedule.
What if I need the document notarized before a specific deadline?
Let us know your deadline when you contact us. We prioritize urgent requests and will do our best to accommodate. Rush fees may apply for expedited service.
Do you offer remote notarization?
Currently, we offer in-person and mobile notary services only. For remote (online) notarization, please ask us about referral options or contact Minnesota's Secretary of State for remote notary providers.
